The Extraordinary General Meeting of PeBeKa S.A. dismissed Mr. Stanisław Siewierski from the position of President of the Management Board and appointed Mr. Mirosław Skowron.
The new President is an engineer, has an MBA and has also graduated from the School of Leaders (ICAN Institute, Harvard). He has experience in creating strategies and transforming organisations, project and risk management, and has worked on energy-related projects for many years.
Mr. Skowron has held management functions in joint stock companies. Among others, he was President of the Management Board at Energa Elektrownie Ostrołęka S.A., Energa Invest S.A. and, most recently, at Polimex-Energetyka Sp. z o.o.
