The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. announces that the Supervisory Board of the Company, at its meeting on 9 November 2016, appointed Michał Jezioro as Vice President of the Management Board (Development).
Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as required by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by the Company at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
